Judy Lee has always loved to paint and make prints. Whilst at WSCAD (UCA) she was able to focus on her passion for printmaking and in particular, producing linocuts.

Although Judy is unable to work as she used to, she is greatly appreciated by the group for her contribution, enthusiasm and energy given to us all over the years. Her prints are very popular and much admired, In particular her series of prints of ‘The miners’, inspired by the UK miners strike (1984 - 85) which are held in a collection at the National Coal Mining Museum, Wakefield, Yorkshire.
